American Faust
a new puppet theater piece inspired by "The Devil And Daniel Webster," the iconic tale of a man who sells his soul to the Devil in exchange for financial success. Featuring puppet and scenic design by Erik Sanko and Jessica Grindstaff, the creative team behind the acclaimed Fortune Teller (HERE) and Dear Mme. with the Kronos Quartet (BAM).

Ping Chong adapts the Akira Kurosawa masterpiece for the stage in 2010, the centennial of Kurosawa's birth. World premiere as part of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's 75th Anniversary Season, followed by a New York premiere.
