1 cup flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup ground yam
3 or 4 cups shredded cabbage
1 tsp chopped red pickled ginger

worcestershire sauce or okonomiyaki sauce
green seaweed poweder
dried bonito flakes
thinly sliced pork meat or small srimps or cuttlefish

1. mix flour, eggs, yam, red ginger and cabbage
2. pour it on a hot griddle, just like a pancake shape
3. put meat or shrimp or cuttlefish on top
4. cook 4 minutes with medium heat
5. cook the other side for 4 minutes
6. serve it with worcestershire sauce or okonomiyaki sauce,
add green seaweed powder and dried bonito flakes on top of the sauce.
