Spare Ribs Chinese Style (ala Betty)

5 lbs Ribs
3 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspown brown bean sauce
3 Tablesppons Hoisin sauce
1/2 cup wine
1/2 cup brown sugar or honey
2 1/2 inch piece ginger- squashed
Pepper to taste
1 whole garlic- crushed

Poke ribs with fork
Marinate overnight
Glaze with oil before cooking
Barbeque 40-50 minutes
Glaze with honey while cooking
