ABOUT
Ping Chong describes Humboldt’s Current as a “bricolage” or “a new world created out of any and all available materials from an old world.” Humboldt is a 19th century colonial explorer blinded by his reason and inability to connect to his inner self. His relentless hunt for a mythical beast is doomed to end in failure because what he searches for is within himself.
