Introducing Pink Fang!

As of July 1, 2025, PCC is now Pink Fang!
We create bold new works of performance. We are a home for daring artistic experimentation, where we expand the boundaries of theater and nurture creative communities of care. We are generative, collaborative, and our co-creation process digs deeply into community-specific histories and narratives.
On Monday, June 23, we announced our new mission, leadership team, and name at a vibrant gathering held at La MaMa Galleria, part of our long-time La MaMa home on 47 Great Jones Street. Over 100 artistic collaborators, cast members, community partners, current and former board members, teaching artists, and friends came together to celebrate the past 50 years of artistic creation and community care, as grounding for the next chapter of our collective journey.

Guests entered a space transformed by Interim Artistic Leader Nile Harris, whose installation honored memory, legacy, and reflection, inviting attendees to leave notes and memories on an interactive timeline. Troy Anthony gathered and grounded the room in a musical offering bringing forth gratitude into a shared arrival of presence and possibility. Vanessa Cantave of Yum Yum Catering and Events provided a nourishment and cooling drinks. Following remarks by Board Chair Amy Chin, members of the community helped us reveal our new name, and then Ping Chong and Bruce Allardice offered words of celebration for thew the new name and leadership team of Mei Ann Teo, Sara Zatz, and Jane Jung, followed by a rousing toast by Interim Artistic Leader Talvin Wilks.

Our interim website is now live, here on pinkfang.org and our new social media handle is @pinkfangnyc. Make sure to follow us and stay tuned for our new website and a fuller program announcement, which will launch in October 2025.
Thank you to all who have again for being part of this moment. We are excited for what lies ahead, and honored to continue this journey with you.
